The following is a snipit from an article which was written in our local suburban newspapers:
One of Aunt Norma’s granddaughters had a friend in the military and she sent one of the games to him. He grew to love the game as did others and it gained widespread popularity at the base where he was stationed.
The games popularity was brought to the attention of Brigadier General Belinda Pincney who was stationed at Fort Bragg. She worked to have it approved and the game was eventually distributed to 15 military bases.
